On fridays we stand for the national anthem (no one ever sings but I suppose you could if you wanted to) and then say the pledge of alligence.

While highly variable, it would be very, very rare for students to sing or even hear the National Anthem every day. Probably none do. It is common for the National Anthems of the US and/or Canada to be played at sporting events (Major League Baseball, Hockey, American Football, high school football games, etc.), but rarely if ever in school.

Good question, londres2424. :-)

In elementary school, we used to stand up and say the "Pledge of Allegiance," and in high school we heard it over the P.A. system. It isn't the national anthem, though.
