If you are in a car accident and you are injured but you have no social security number or anything, can you still hire a lawyer and sue the insurance company?

No one sues the liability insurance carrier. You have to sue the person who caused the accident and your injuries. The liability carrier then decides to pay or defend.
Illegals can sue responsible parties in US courts. They do it all of the time. Often with fradulent claims.

The person who is at fault is the one that pays through their insurance company.
Since the undocumented person more than likely was driving without a license or their own insurance,they should have no right to sue the other persons insurance.
But the way things go,they could probably sue and become a millionaire,our country loves to give them things they don't deserve.

In our country which seems to protect all (regardless of how they got here), I am sure they can sue. Suing is the new lotto. How sad can it get?
