You want to get rid of that paper round, it don't pay that well,
to get a mortgage that size you need an extra round and a milk round while your at it.

For a resedential mortgage the only way you could get one would be to have another party involved who earns a lot more than you.
However it may be possible for you to get a Buy-to-Let mortgage which would be based on the rental income rather than your own income. Most lenders require a minimum income but I couldn't see that requirement from Chelsea Building Society.
Alternatively it would be theoretically possible to get a self-certification residential mortgage by lying about your income but this is fraud and could result in you going to jail after having your house repossessed.

Did you mean £5 an hour, I think you probably did, even so no way can you get a £300,000 mortgage earning that.. Sorry.

You could go buy some lottery tickets, but that's hopeless. I think your best bet is probably to buy a gun and rob a bank. Actually, you might need to rob a few banks before you get there. I'm serious, if your life depended on it, that is the best way.

i think ur mad how can u live on 5 pound a week and pay for a mortgage even with 50 you have stil gt no chance wat u do wrk for a day a week i fink u need a new job
