webcam help!?

plz help! i have logitech quickcam skype but it always freezes and its so embarrassing! im on windows live messenger, but i dont understand why it crashes so much. i dont wanna change then cant talk too all my contacts. PLEASE HELP! how can i make my webcam run normal?!

You need to tell us more about your computer.... are you running XP? how much ram to do you have? Are you on dial-up? All of these things affect your cam big-time. Did it ever run right?

Have you tried using your cam on Yahoo Messenger? Does it act differently?
