It has been one of the great questions for years. We do know that Leonardo was in fact a homosexual. Maybe he liked to dress in drag or it could be an artistic way of looking at himself. No one knows for sure and that could be the intriguing beauty in the Mona Lisa because it is so mysterious.

There is a theory that it may have been done as kind of a self portrait. Then again there are a lot or theories about the Mona Lisa. You should check into it, its interesting.

Yeah u know what thats what I ALWAYS thought n ges wt!? it F***ing is!!! i did a wee bit of reasearch the last time I ws round the Louvre and i had a wee cheeky peak, below the actual frame and well guess wt i saw?! thats rights a trouser snake delicatly protruding from her trooz!

everyone has their own opinions about the Painting some people believe that it is him others argue that it is a women. no one will ever really know for sure who it is a picture of.

Completely untrue, entirely conjecture. Actually, if you look it up, there was a recent news story - someone figured out who she really was...the wife of a Venetian politician or something...
