There was a Folder in my PC that suddenly disappeared,I searched allover for it even in hidden folders and system files and I couldn't find it,I wanted to make sure that I didn't delete it,and I found out that the disk space didn't change.
P.S:my brother fixed a hard disk using our PC which had what he called a bad sector I think or something that sounds like that and I think that it has something to do with the disappearance of the folder,does any one have an explanation or can help me to get this folder back??

as i said before I searched allover for it and it's not in the recycle bin,and it's 8 GB,and the space of the disk was nearly full,and after its disappearance the disk space still the same.

did you look in the recycle bin? if its there just right click and say restore. i highly doubt its a bad secter, but i guess its possible.

So long as you know the name of the folder, do a search of all of C drive. Make sure the advanced Tab looks in hidden files and folders, and you can have your folder back
