So, if you are given Court Supervision in Illinois for a DUI and get arrested in Indiana for Public Intoxication can it be sent back to Illinois and violate the court supervision where that person can get in trouble in Illinois for what they did in Indiana?

By Court Supervision, I'm assuming you mean probation. A standard condition of probation is that you obey the laws of the jurisdiction (where you are placed on probation) and all other jurisdictions. Since you got arrested, it appears you did not follow that condition, and are therefore in violation.

If you are in IN without permission of your probation officer, that's another violation.

If you are in IN on a travel permit or through an Interstate transfer, you're supervising probation officer in IN will report this offense to IL. Since you are technically on probation from IL, your violation will be dealt with in IL.

The IN police will most likely check if you have a record, and notice the IL supervision, and then report a violation to the IL court system.
