how if each and every citizen of this earth took up their own responsibilities we would not have near the problems we have today. from joe schmoe to corporate CEO....we all have stuff we need to take care of and if we let it slide it just gets more and more messed up.
Lets all pitch in and make life for people on this planet as good as it can be!
Good Luck:)))

Describe a situation where someone is "to blame," then describe a person's response that shows him not taking responsibility, then describe a different response that shows him taking responsibility. Look at the consequences, examine how taking responsibility may carry a slightly difficult consequence, but also carries pride in doing the right thing. For example, I broke a cup and said, "The cat did it -- she jumped on the table and knocked it over." I feel guilt that I lied, the cat gets in trouble, the cat is locked out of the kitchen during the day so she doesn't do it again, for the rest of its life. Or, I say, "I'm sorry, I knocked it over and it broke." I feel bad about breaking the glass, but I also feel good about taking responsibility. My mom says, "Oy! Well, accidents happen. Next time just push the glass back from the edge so you don't knock it." End of story, all is fine.

I have saved this sheet from when I was younger and here is what it says:
RESPONSIBILITY
1. Think before you act and talk.
2. Fix your mistakes.
3. Be a good example.
4. Think of ways to help others.
5. Do your job.
6. Do your best.
7. Keep Trying
8. Finish your work before you do anything else(play video games, watch TV,go online, etc)
You can write what you're responsibilities are at home. You can write what your responsibilities are at school. You can write about what your responsibilities are in your community or clubs.

Well here is a good starter, you have to write about responsibility, so what is it that you are going to be doing to write this paper? You will be being responsible for your work. Then think and ask yourself how you are being responsible for doing it, what will you gain out of being responsible? What outcome would become of it if you didn't do your responsibilities? that should help you understand responsibility more.

you should put more details in your question.
what are the requirements for the essay?
I would start off defining responsibility- what it means to you or you can give an inspirational quote on responsibility.
(i.e. "Nothing strengthens the judgment and quickens the conscience like individual responsibility."- Elizabeth Cady Stanton)
Good Luck :]

Write about what it is, and what things show responsibility, such as work, school, financial obligations, etc. How it effects you/people and why it is important to you/others. Also, how being dedicated to your responsibilites shows importance and makes you a more successfull person.

If it is for school you can put you do your Homework and turn it in on time. You acn also say if you are told to do something you do it. Also you can say if you have pets you take care of them. You could say you do your chores and clean your room and other stuff like that.
