I agree with the above two answers. Ebay would be your best bet. But Dragon curtains are not really Japanese. They are more chinese in their origins.

Ohio does have the Honda plant near one of your major cities, (was it Dayton?) so there is a strong Japanese presence in Ohio. So do a search for Japanese stores in that area and I am sure you can find a store that sells what you want somewhere in Ohio.
