Yes. I think child molesters should receive the death penalty or at least be sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. Taking a child's innocence and therefore screwing them up for the rest of their life should be punished severely.

Yes. But I have an answer to solve many of the incarceration issues. When someone is sent to prison for rape or child molestation they should immediately be put into the general population. That does not occur now as the "system" wishes to protect the molesters. Why? Does anyone really care what happens to a freak who molests a child? No. And in prison there is a hierarchy with child violators at the bottom. Let the inmates take care of their own - to the obvious detriment of child molesters.

Yeah I am normally super liberal about stuff. I am totally for human rights and all that jazz. But child molesters are not human. Anyone who could do that to children deserve so much worst than the death penalty.

Absolutely. No child should have to be abused by
adult child molesters. There should be no 3 strikes
and you're out with this crime. One strike and put
em away for life. This ruins a child for life.

No, child molesters are human beings too. They need empathy and compassion. Why is it their fault they cant resist the urge to rape small children? They should be given a hug, and stern lecture on self control, and given a job as a janitor in a pre-school.

yes. and i also hate when a person whos convicted of something bad is either put in a mental home, or rehab instead of jail.

Yes I do. I don't think they keep them behind bars long enough. They should be put there forever.
