What is lemon eye corrector and how do u apply it?

I got an Editors Pick make up kit as a gift from a friend and there is this creamish yellow thing in there that's called lemon eye corrector??? it has a brush like a concealor but it's yellow!!! how do i apply it? can i get some tips on how to go about my make up when using it??? Step wise. Thanks

If the top of your eyelids are discolored you put it on to flush out the color, you can also use it on under eye circles, you should put on the yellow before you apply your regular concealer.
