i'm 33 weeks tiday and I went to the doctor today to do the stress test which took 10 mins and my doctor said everything looks good ,he said the baby is head down already and he wants to see me every week now.Is that normal i know i'm only 33 weeks and i still thought it was every two weeks.(i was in the hospital at 28 weeks because i had a kidney infection and i was having contractions. and today my blood pressure was alittle high. ) but i still don't get it help/... I just wanted to know what other women think

Yes, it is normal to be seen at every week by this point. Especially with your complications, I think that he wants to make sure that everything is fine and it is easier to do that every week, than every 2.

I started going to the doctor every week at 33 weeks. Better safe then sorry. He must think the baby is in a good position and he wants to see the progress. Just take it in stride.

Yes that's pretty normal now to start going to the doctor every week now. They just wanna make sure the baby stays into position and that everything is looking good.

Yes its normal. Sometimes they up it to once a week earlier just to keep an eye one you.Good thing they do because in one of those visits at 37 weeks they found out I had pre-eclampsia. All went well and I had a healthy baby. Dont worry and rest assured though...you seem to have a good doctor. Good luck sweety!

I am 35 weeks and my doctor sees me every week. Your doctor probably wants to see you every week due to the fact that you were having contractions so early in your pregnancy. I'm pretty sure it's just for precaution. Don't worry, you'll be fine.

If your dr feels that it's best to see him every week, then go. That's why he makes the big bucks! Seriously though, he probably wants to keep an eye on you due to your infection. Better safe than sorry!

My doctor is going to start to see me every week starting with week 34 (i'm 32 weeks now)
