Very easily done, have a pelvic exam done women who have given birth vaginally have a very distinguishable sign on their cervix, a women who has never given birth their cervix opening is in a complete circle ones who have given birth vaginally the opening of their cervix is more of an oval shape. Also quite obvious if the women had a c-section to look for a scar.

Yep...an OBG can. There's scares in the canal if they take X-Rays of the pelvic area you can tell b/c there will be scaring in the hip area. Women's hips will be larger after child birth...not from fat or water weight but the actual bones will shift out.

yes they can tell if you have given birth, had an abortion...the cervix looks different.

Even if you don't admit it, they know something has happened.

I would guess YES! Especially if it hasn't been a very long time since she gave birth. She is bleeding for one thing. Her uterus is enlarged.... etc.

Most definitely. Their cervix spreads and tears. That is one sign or if they have a c-section there is the scar from that as well

You shouldn't lie to doctors. They are there to help you and there is something called doctor-patient privilege and they can't talk about what you tell them to anyone else. Doctors can keep your secret. no one else has to know.
