Yes because it causes anger, hatred, and violence . Just like the Liberal bashing of our President and Military and the War in Iraq !!!

And all because someone or some country lied to their people about Jews and Israel .

If everything that the zionists' version of history said was true, they would have no reason to fear honored historians such as Irving and Rudolf. They want to silence historical revisionists (not to mention any of YOU capable of performing ACTUAL research, instead of spouting off something from a 'Goldburg and Greenbaum' textbook) because it threatens their holocaust industry, and their protected status as the poor, mistreated "chosen people" of God.

Such a resolution by the United Nations is meaningless. They should also pass a resolution trying to punish people who say the sun does not rise every day in the east. Just saying something isn't so, doesn't suddenly make it a fact or threaten the fact's validity.

OOOHH That's a touchy question. I would like to say "yes" but if we did that would be a major door opener to stop free speech. For not everything someone says will be agreed with. Therefore if punish someone for saying one thing even if it's Bull Sh_t then next thing you know we will have laws for "subversion" and other fascist and totalitarian policies. So therefore I will have to say NO.

Holocaust denial, while ridiculously ignorant, is not a crime. And anyone in America who truly believes in Freedom of Speech cannot condone this in all good conscience. As well, from what I read...no one in America believes in the UN...so what difference should it make?

No. Freedom of speech applies even to those who are stupid enough to deny the Holocaust. We would not need freedom of speech if it only applied to popular speech.

It is elitist and tyrannical to punish those who you think are stupid, and it paves the way for punishment of those whom the government doesn't agree with.

no. it shows the power the US has in the UN and the power israel has over the US. lobbyists control our government.
i noticed people are blaming the UN for something the US came up with and got voted through.

the ingredient i won't have the ability to establish is the place on the object says he denies the genocide. He only says the dying toll grew to become into exaggerated. And as long as he bases this on records, then what's the priority right here?

We can also deny that the world is round and that the stars are above us. That is our right in America under the 1st Amendment.
