how do i send music from my pc to mobile via bluetooth? i installed a usb bluetooth. i have frostwire, itunes and media player but how do send via bluetooth.

depends on what bluetooth software you are using. if using blue soleil ( http://www.bluesoleil.com/download/index.asp?topic=bluesoleil_edr )which is one of the most popular just click on the orange circle in the center. this will search for your devices. when it find the device you want to transfer to click file transfer, then drag the files to the transfer list on the right, then click transfer.

I recently bought a new phone with bluetooth and at the same time bought a bluetooth USB dongle and it wasn't the easiest thing to set up, though looking back it should have been as easy as anything else!
Did your USB stick come with any software? Install that first, this will be your client program. (Here's what I use: http://www.bluesoleil.com/ - I'm sure there are better programs out there but it does the job). Install this and start it up, it should turn the connections on and start setting you up. It'll ask you to give your comp a name and pass code.
When this is all working go into the bluetooth menu on your phone, turn it's power on and look for a menu link similar to 'Find Me' and press this. After no more than 30secs hopefully your comp will display that it has found the phone. It will ask you to enter the passcode of the phone (In your phone manual) and then the two devices are paired. The software should then have a file transfer option as well as a few others. It takes a little bit of fiddling around but persevere, it will all make sense in the end!
All the transferring is done through the bluetooth software and no other programs, maybe once the devices are connected to each other, right clicking on a file and selecting 'Send To' may work, but I haven't tried this yet!
