A report originally came out that Isiah yelled at TR because he was late to the set, but later it came out that TR was gay and Isiah was using slurs towards him, most specifically a certain F word.
Then, backstage at the Golden Globes, Isiah reportedly used the word f*ggot again. He is now in counseling for his prejudice against homosexuals.

long story short. Isiah Washington, said some "bad words" that offended TR Knight, with his sexual identity (gay). This has happened more than once, the first time was on set, the second time was during the golden globes, so Isiah is on the verge of being fired.

My understanding is, Isiah has a problem with the fact that the other guy is gay.. Isiah called him a fa**ot .. I heard a little something about Isiah on the news but didn't catch it all so I am not sure what it was about but I was left with the impression he has other issues.. I caught the part where he said he was going to rehab...For what I am not sure.
