I think that's pretty much how it happened. :-)

makes me think of my sister Amy
we used to call her Amos George Frederico Rodriguez
don't ask me why, but it was funny as hell when we were kids

I thought it was a little weird for a girl. Now that you've shared the history, I think it's cute. My cousins came up with some weird nicknames too.

Nicnames are supposed to be kind of weird if they weren't they would be no fun. Mine are Chriddle and X if that makes you feel any better.
