I have static in my house. Its in all our furniture and it makes my hair stick to my face so how do i get rid of it?

Static Electricity, usually occurs because the air is dry. Yeah, winter! One thing I could suggest is to spray the furniture with Static Guard. Also, try adding some humidity to the air. I do this by boiling water on the stove or even by putting a pot of water over a heat vent. Remember, though, too much humidity is bad, as well. You can make your hair more managable by using a good conditioner. Good luck, and I hope this helps. :D

You need an cool air humidifier. It'll get rid of the static.

spray with Downy wrinkle releaser, I use it on my clothes to get static and wrinkles out. They also have other stuff you can spray to get rid of static, just look in the household products aisle and you should see different stuff.

They sell static spray that you can spray on any surface. Most women spray it on their legs when they have static cling. It works, I've tried it and read to do it in a housekeeping mag.

Stop wearing Rubber Shoes, Nylon / Polyester clothese in your house. This is the only solution to avoid statics.

get a can of static gard from wal mart. it works on clothes and furniture.
