As you know to become president u have 2 be born in the usa,live in the usa 14 years, be 35 y o.

well as u also know if the vice pres and pres both die speaker of the house becomes pres......but if the speaker of the house was born in canada or something and during a speech or something som1 shot the pres. and vice pres were shot who would be pres? would it be the speaker of the house?

In fact you only have to be a natural citizen and be 35 years. The 14 year residence was applicable in the beginning. If they don't meet this minimal requirement, they are skipped.

All those in the line of succession also have to be natural born citizens, 16 total in line after the President.

-House of Representatives Speaker of the House
-President protempore (Senate)
-Secretary of State
