How come Milena never got signed to the WWE?

I thought she and Jen would be the ones from the Diva Search who didn't win to get a contract not Maryse.

Sometimes they don't sign because the sides can't agree. maybe WWE had some cotract oblgations that she didn't want to do. For example, maybe they wanted her to pose for playboy, considering almost all of them are doing it now. Maybe they didn't offer her enough money. Maybe she thought the contract was too short or too long. Who knows?
