Go to another place where there is a better nursing sister with >10years experience. The average Doctor is also not good on difficult veins. The arm you use most will have the best vein. Do you know that if you give blood often for a few years, if you are involved in an accident that causes a blood loss you have much better chances of recovery? Your body does not go into shock from the blood loss, -it knows it can fix that.

Some people just have narrower veins than others, and if the blood pressure is low, then it's quite difficult for the vein to be punctured properly for donating blood. Don't worry about it, you're doing fine.

Your veins are weak. Doesn't mean they think you use drugs, just that it would not be good for them to sticka needle in you. It happens. I can't donate since I was in Kenya nad had to take malaria prevention meds and then got exposed to hepititis.

You could be partially anemic, try building up your iron intake, that can also help your veins. xxx
