...I almost always pack my lunch. I'm a big fan of "grazing" throughout the day, better for the metabolism.
Throughout the day I've had: a bagel with veggie cream cheese and half and avocado, a peach, some Wheat Thins, some apple slices, a couple pieces of chocolate (good kind), and finally, a ham and provolone sammich on wheat with yellow mustard (a lot)...plus like 4 bottles of water.
...Yea...now since I write it all out, it seems like a lot of food... I better work-it-out tonight!

a Lean Cuisine chicken and roasted garlic pizza, some bbq kettle cooked chips, and some yogurt. I don't know what it cost, I bought it while grocery shopping about 2 weeks ago.
