It really depends on a lot of other factors that I looks like no one is considering other than T-Mac's Health which concerns me and I have him on my team as well.
1. Where are you deficient and what can you afford to give up. Do you need Points, Rebounds, Blocks (Keep T-Mac and Deng), do you need 3's or Assists go for Nash Wallace, FG and FT% and Steals are virtual wash. If you have Turnovers in your league, be proud if you always lose that category as the top teams usually have the most Turnovers and the Worst the Fewest. It's a BS Category if you ask me.
2. Where are you at in the league. If you need to push the make the playoffs play for today. If you have a lock on the playoffs, beware of players that were great all year and will be on teams that have nothing to win in the last couple of weeks (the Fantasy Playoffs). They often end up getting some rest and the numbers in the Fantasy Playoffs can kill you. That is why in my experience the top one or two teams going into the playoffs falter. Nash possibly end up like that unless they are pushing hard for Home Court and Charlotte will have nothing to play for. The Rockets and the Bulls will probably be pushing to the end.
3. Where are your Holes. Do you need a great PG (Nash). But both Tmac and Deng can be put in at G, SG, F and SF, which gives you more flexibilty with your lineups and perhaps a tick up in productivity. I do like that Wallace can be put at 5 positions (G, SG, SF, F and PF).
The answer is that no one can give you straight up advice just based on the trade proposal alone. There is more to it. That said we all know that T-Mac is always and injury gamble.

I would make that trade in a heart beat. In the long run Wallace and Nash are a better pair than Tmac and Deng. Wallace is a beast and I think he will have a great second half. Nash is one of the best players out there. He will give you points, steals, assists.
Tmac has a bad back and with Yao out of the lineup he is a gamble to repeat his first half stats.

Tmac always has back concerns, so if you're going for safety, i would take the trade. Nash will garuntee you winning in assists every week. And with Gerald wallace you'll be up there in steals and blocks. Tmac gets great points but shoots average from the line and Deng is inconsistant on an inconsistant team. I say go for it.

Okay, T-Mac hasn't proved anything since going to Hosuton. I'm a Rockets fan, and I'm still not believing. Steve Nash, oh, isn't he the MVP! Gerald Wallace and Nash are so talented my balls are clapping! Nash & Wallace in a heartbeat!

None is better are you out of your strategies. What might make you think of the Lakers might commerce Kobe for the two of those 2 nasty gamers. T-mac is ****** eyed and hasn't gained an NBA playoff series in his occupation and Yao is going to be the be next George Mureshan. he's merely too tall and does not have sufficient stamina to run up and down the courtroom like various different efficient centers. Dwight Howard will consume Yao Ming alive next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. No way this is going to ensue. shop dreaming.
