I am two months pregnant and I feel hungry, but when I try to eat... I feel sick even at the thought of food. Once I sit down to eat and try I get full very fast and sick to my stomache. This is my second pregnancy and I didnt have this trouble with my first. Is there anything that I can do to help me gain a want for food?

To make you want to eat? I am afraid not hon, however, you are going to have to make a decision to eat based on the fact that you have to. Try cup a soup or lighter meals.

I know exactly what you are going though. Been there and only now, this week actually am I starting to get my appetite back. I am at 16 weeks by the way. I sopped feeling sick around week 11-12 but the appetite didn't return....

Like I said, cup a soup works for some people, or if you feel really sick, your doctor can prescribe you pills for pregnant women against nausea.

Also, you say this is your second pregnancy. Each pregnancy can be different.

Congratulations and stay positive, it will go away!

Congratulations on the pregnancy...sorry for the morning sickness. I know how you feel. My Dr told me to try some ginger....ginger tea, ginger candy...anything ginger. also try eating a few crackers before even getting out of bed in the morning _ good luck to you

Just eat a very small amount at a sitting and repeat this several times a day.

Stop eating grains. Grains spike your insulin levels which stores fat as well as makes you hungry later. As you don't eat the most efficient source of protein then eat more legumes and eggs for your protein.

Give it time. Another few weeks and you'll be eating normally again. You could try hot soups until your stomach settles and are able to eat normally again.

Ask your doctor if it would be okay to take Dramamine (it's over-the-counter and helps with motion sickness and morning sickness). Eat light...for example toast and tea...crackers and juice

i had this too...
drink lots of water, and eat tiny bits, frequently..
Are you constipated? thats the problem i had early.
I was really badly constipated, and my body couldnt holf anymore food, so i didnt want to eat even when hungry.
And when i did, I just threw it all back up (even water)
