That's is something that you need to take up with your Ob/gyn. I personally wouldn't take the advice of strangers on the internet when it comes to prescription medications and pregnancy. It's something that only your Dr can tell you about.

If you've seen a dr for your pregnancy, they should've asked what meds you're on already to make sure they're safe for pregnancy. Just call him or her and ask.
My friend has hypothyroidism and took her meds the whole time. Thyroid problems that aren't being treated can lead to problems in pregnancy. The one you're taking may not be safe, though so you need to check with the dr, they may change it.

I asked my doctor just that very same question yesterday, and he said that it'd be fine. He said that the thyroid medicine so closely mimicks the body's own thyroid hormone that it is totally safe to take while pregnant.
