I am not sure why Scrubs is not in this conversation, but I have to pick House. Please do not get me wrong I really do like Grey's Anatomy. As far as the medical show format goes GA is perfect. GA is some what romantic in nature. House I identify more with. Not the drugs or being a doctor, but hiding behind something I do well. I also like the fact that they really explore the fact that things are not what they always seem in life and in medicine.

It depends on what you like.
I like Grey's Anatomy for the humor and the characters' relationships with one another. There are occasionally quirky, odd medical situations that are amusing and also the infrequent really serious medical situation.
I like House because Dr. House is totally obnoxious and I can't help waiting for that microscopic fraction of a second where he turns human and gentle. Some of the medical cases are fascinating, but the drawback of the show is that it's starting to be predictable.

Well they are each different. House doesn't deal with the relationships of the characters as much as Grey's Anatomy does. I do like Grey's Anatomy the best though.

In my opinion House is better than Grey's Anatomy. It always keeps me in suspense and it adds some comedy to the show with Dr. House as the main character.

House is the best show on TV. Hugh Laurie is so funny. It's a witty, no-nonsense show that gets to the point. It's way more interesting than Gray's Anatomy.

House I never got into greys anatomy. Plus the dr. House is *** and everybody loves them right.
