We're driving through and can stay in Las Vegas or Laughlin for one night only on Sunday February 18th. We've tried everything to find a good hotel for a good price, but it's a holiday and there are all sorts of restrictions and price hikes. So if you have any discount codes or know of a deal please let me know. I'll pick the best deal that can actually be booked and you'll get 10 points! Oh and we don't want a dive, please only somewhere you'd be willing to sleep yourself.

I was going to suggest that if you really didn't care which city you stayed that Laughlin would probably be much cheaper, but, that's not the case. I ran Feb 18th through my favorite LV travel site http://www.travelworm.com and the best rate I could find in Laughlin was($67) at the Colorado Belle and Edgewater hotels. Not that they are beneath me or anything I stay at the CB, but it is a 2 star hotel at best.

The best deal I found through travelworm for the 18th was at the Riviera in Las Vegas, $75 isn't bad for a 3 star hotel on the strip, considering the circumstances(NBA All Star game). No, the Riviera is not one of the five star mega resorts on the strip but it is a nice hotel, with lots of great entertainment. Yes, I have stayed there and it's a nice place.

Well blow me down, a shocker, my #2 site beat Travel worm. Try http://www.i4vegas.com , it has the Riviera for the 18th at $69 a night.

I might as well add the other two sites I use just in case
http://www.tripres.com >nope i4vegas had the best rate
http://www.vegas.com > "

you can use this site to link to any and all hotels in LV if you want to check the rate on their web sites

If you want to eat at a great buffet, try the Mirage or Aladdin, for a bargain try Orleans, Palace Station or Main Street Station. If you're a seafood lover the Fremont has the best value seafood buffet at $16>Sunday 4-10pm 702-385-3232 -

"Jasvcent1" Arizona Charlie's for $36 - If you're going to claim it buddy, you better prove it. The best rate I could find for Arizona Charlie's Boulder for 2/18 was $87 and AC's is a dump...Provide a link to that $36 rate for the 18th >Even the Gold Spike is $55 for the 18th and it's the worst pit in all of Las Vegas.

The BEST Vegas deal that I've found right now is VegasFor199

Basically you get: 2 nights at Excalibur, dinner and show for 2, $100 gambling money for two people.

ONLY $199! I'm going again soon.

I`ve stayed at the Stratosphere twice and its very reasonably priced - its not a headliner but all the more relaxed for it. Its at the head of the trolley route so easy to get a seat. The food is good and the rooms are good to. Excellent value from their loyalty card.

Its also right next door to the biggest gift shop in the world.

$119 direct maybe cheaper on a discount site

Try Red Rock casino, almost new, off 215W @ Charleston, try Marriott @ Ramparts & Summerlin Pkwy,[short distance off 215W], try the Sun Coast Casino @ Apache & Alta[just east of the Marriott]. All off the strip by 5/6 miles west

www.vegas.com

This is thru US Airways and the BEST deal I've found yet.
Samples:
Sahara: $91
Orleans: $156

Because it's a holiday weekend, many places are sold out, and/or require a Saturday or previous day arrival.

You're going to have a tough time finding a really good deal because that weekend is NBA All-Star weekend.. Last I checked, Imperial Palace wasn't too bad.
