Does anyone know where I can get one of those things that you put inside you ring to make it a little smaller - I think it is just like a piece of metal. Thanks

My gf had the same problem she got some plastic ones from claries for like 1.50 and it gives you like 6 different sizes......

their like rubbery plastic. But you can get them like anywhere. I got some from wal*mart.

they are usually plastic ? ive seen them in the betterware catalogue. also they are not as good as they make out to be

any accessorie store will sell them sometimes they are plastic
