A partial birth abortion the BABIES head is delivered and then the doctor puts a shot in the BABIES spine KILLING the BABY How could America kill like this? Please inform me... Is this still legal?

I agree that it is horrific, but your portrayal of how it is done is incorrect. The baby has to be turned and delivered feet first, because by law ONCE the head is out of the mother, it is considered a live birth. Therefore, when all but the head is delivered the doctor inserts an instrument into the base of the head and destroys the brain BEFORE the head is delivered. Doesn't make it any more awful, but it is important to have the facts straight when stating your case so you don't lose credibility.

I'll agree--partial birth abortions should not be allowed.
But the pro-life activists are more to blame than anyone else for this. Because of their intolerance--and repeated attempts to use the state to force other s to abide by their religious beliefs, they've made the extremeists in the pro-choice seem ligitimate.
That's a common political phenomenon--a failure to engage in a process of dialogue and an effort to demonize one's opponents only pushes them to extremes--and makes the extremists legitimate. So I have to fault the pro-lifers as much as the radical elements of the pro-choice side.
BTW--try actually reading Roe v. Wade. Almost no one on the pro-life side has. You'l find, among othr things, that it does not allow partial birth abortions--that came later--after the extreme reaction of the right-wing convinced many people that an opposition to abortion of any kind was evidence of being little more than a fanatic.

Partial birth ABORTION IS WRONG !!! How could someone do this to a little baby !!! This is a life in God's eyes. They will have to answer to Jehovah God for their actions !!! In the Bible in the old testament if you injured a pregnant woman and her child there were consequences. If you caused the death of the child in the womb you were put to death. How much more so today? It's disgusting to hear someone say that their a Christan and they believe this is a personal decision !!! What would Jesus do?
At least have the baby and put the baby up for adoption, take the baby to a Fire Station, and let the baby live. That baby is part of you !!! This baby is precious :O)

It's mainly the loony left that embraces the horrific act of killing a baby by puncturing its skull out as a "choice". I'm glad to see that you understand that partial birth abortion is inhumane and the worst form of murder ever known to mankind.
