ok so next school year im doing dance for my elective and i wana know wat like physical things that is going to do for me like losing wait and making me have great abs and awesome legs will that happen?

Dance is going to help you have an awesome body. If you stick with it, you will get an amazing 6-pack, strong arms and legs muscles, flexibility, and more poise. Also, you might even lose some weight from it, while having fun at the same time. Choosing dance is a great choice, stick with it!

YES! dancing is good.. it helps all your strengthen the muscles in your legs and everything its also great cardio. This is my 12th year of dance and it really does wonders on your body. Plus its a way to express your self and its fun.

Dancing is very good for you! It's usually a good cardio workout meaning it gets your heart rate up with gets your blood pumping faster so you loose weight! It's also good for toning leg and stomach muscles and it's a lot of fun and gets you involved and more social with people who have the same intrests as you!

ummmm yeah its good for you!! Im 14 and because of dance im stick thin have a six pack amazingly muscular legs and arms. Expesically if you do pilates which goes along with dance!!

It will provide all that and more! Knowing how to dance will come in handy in many social settings in your future. Weddings, school functions, dates...... It is fun and good exercise. If you are able to try bellydancing. It is great.
