i do. especially when the pics seems real professional ( like from a photo shoot, sexy ,etc) or when they r very obese!!
as for the monsters ones , i like them a lot cos i associate the Answers with the face and it makes it ever so funny!

I fashion mine after my own image. Although, realistically, my avator will never look like me, I try to get it pretty close. I appreciate it when people do their avators in the same manner.
