Who cares about the crowd? It's far more interesting to just be yourself. That's what I've always thought anyway.

If you don't fit in, the crowd could tear you apart like a pack of wild wolves. Sure it's more fun and free to be yourself, but you better think about the power of the crowd. Needless to say, the crowd could get pretty ugly if you go against it.

I prefer to be myself. That does not mean I cannot fit in with the crowd. I don't like the "sheep mentality" where people are expected to change their personality in order to follow the crowd.

If you are yourself you will fit into the crowd that is appropriate for you. Then you don't have to try hard and it is much more natural and interesting. In the end you will be happier if you are yourself and not trying to be something else.

I stick out in a crowd so I just be myself and I then get kicked out of the crowd and spend the night in jail for disorderly conduct, thus I try to hide in the crowd...

Be whoever you want to be and you will fit in the crowd in your own way. Do what you want to be, and hang out with whoever you want to. Life is short, be yourself!

Just ask Disney Channel! Haha, sorry I'm a dork. =) Yeah, I think being yourself is more fun. I love this one poster I saw that says "Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken."

It can be nice to fit in, but in the end if that does not allow you to be your self, then you never really did.
It is important to always be yourself.
