what does "cheap" mean? maybe it's unfair that for certain days of the year flowers are less healthy and more expensive. it's a little difficult to get reservations at a restaurant. so i might celebrate it on February 16th instead?
plus Fridays are just more fun than wednesdays.
so i guess that makes me cheap.
