Are you sure you don't mean 'my Bonnie lies over the ocean'? If that's the case, it could be either The Beatles song 'My Bonnie', or the Hellogoodbye song 'Bonnie Taylor Shakedown 2K1 (or 2K4, depends on the version I guess)

My Bonnie lies over the ocean,
My Bonnie lies over the sea.
My Bonnie lies over the ocean,
Please bring back my Bonnie to me.
Bring back,

Oh, bring back my Bonnie to me, to me.

It's 'My Bonnie', as in a term of endearment for my love, my grandmother used to sing this to me when she pushed me on the swing and now she sings it to my kids when we visit.

My bonnie lies over the ocean
My bonnie lies over the sea
My bonnie lies over the ocean
Oh bring back my bonnie to me
Bring back, bring back
Bring back my Bonnie to me, to me
Bring back, bring back
Bring back my Bonnie to me

Last night as I lay on my bed
Last night as I lay on my pillow

Oh blow ye the winds o'er the ocean
And bring back my bonnie to me

The winds have blown over the ocean
The winds have blown over the sea
