I'm very athletic. Play bball almost every day...the feet have the swollen feel/tight feel and it moves up to my calves too, i'm at work and feel it right now...

you don't give enough information here. age, other health issues, etc and so on.
the first thing that occured to me was diabetic neuropathy, but it could be a number of other issues as well. Suggest you consult your doctor.
