Tax tax Booz like you did for cig ? So what do you think?

For example bottle would be taxed $10.00 that would pay for each american health ins.Example" 20 dollars for booz then tax 10.00 total 30.00

Under this administration, there will Never be Free Health Care. They are too busy squandering our fortunes and ballooning the deficit on war to have any left over for Americans.

well yes thats basically the premise of the NHS in the UK Tax pays for health care it works in britain it may or may not work in us it depends whether or not people want to pay for health through tax it helps the poor but costs the middle class more in tax.
