Well I do something that works for me. I use liquid eyeliner and then run a pencil liner over it. So it doesn't look harsh, it gives it a softer look and it stays! U can give it a shot and see if it works for u too!

to help eyeliner pencils stay longer, you need to set it with a loose face powder afterwards. It helps makeup stay on longer. If not, liquid eyeliner actually works a little bit better than eye pencil. It stays on longer.

Well buy a new one like the roll ones from avon or kmart they work really good and if you want it to stay on all day get water proof so if your ieyes get watery or something then it will not come off. Good luck!

when you apply the pencil liner go over it with eyeshadow of the same hue (color)....if it's fading inside the inner rim of your eye just add a little of the same color shadow right below the liner on your lower lash line to keep the color from fading...

liquis liners are always better, they dont stain. but even expensive pencil liners tend to fade away or stain. try to use a colour that is a bit darker than your complexion, a bit browner.

you can try using powder, and just use a brush dipped in water. it holds really well, and if you get a thin brush you can make it as thin as you want, or as thick as you want
