In my opinion, and what I've seen in my friends and family, the Atkins diet (strict, Induction phase) works the quickest and the best. I swear -- I only had 10 pounds to lose to begin with and I lost it all within a week!!!!!! Good luck with whatever you choose!

You know I think if you just have a few unwanted pounds, try a little more exercise and a little less calorie intake. You shouldn't worry about a few unwanted pounds though. You are beautiful just the way you are!
If you are over weight and would like a great plan to lose those pounds, I lost over 50 pounds on slim fast. Easy, cheap and fast!

There is absolutely no way to lose weight fast and keep it off unless you have superhuman will power. The fastest way to lose weight is, of course, fasting. Only problem is that when you break the fast, the weight comes back.

lose it fast and you will gain it back faster. the equation is very simple, eat less, exercise more and lose the weight. Make slow changes so they last and stay with you as a good life style.

Do you like to shop? I do. I shop at a quick pace and I eat right when I shop! Shopping won't make you loose it all. Make sure that you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and do not wat junk food! I am trying to gradually stop eating junk food. Come up with a schedule and excercize a lot!
