do you think Bush will insist on doing things his way? I think he is so damn stubborn and hard headed that he will ignore his Generals and advisors and do what he wants. It's getting worse by the day.

It's always better to have a reserve force in case you need it to reinforce others that are in over their heads. The best combat plans and strategy change after about 30 seconds of enemy engagement. Casey knows this. I think he's just trying to look good and tell the libs what they want to hear.
