I can hardly sweat at all. I know that from a social perspective that is seen as a good thing, but from a health perspective it is NOT!
How can I increase my bodies ability to sweat?????

I see that no one has responded to your question, so knight in shining armor that I am I have come to the rescue. I can't say much except that people's individual composition/chemistry is different-that is why taking medicine is dangerous. What works for one person could injure another. I highly suggest you seek out an alternative medicine person, like a good acupuncturist in hopes of addressing your low perspiration. Then be sure to drink lots of water, massage with oil, and maybe even do an oil enema.
