Yes. I have been married for 13 very happy years to a wonderful Brazilian, so I know it can. I thank God every day for blessing me with such a wonderful wife.
While it wasn't always easy, especially at first, I have never regretted my decision. There were the usual cultural misunderstandings, and communication problems, but love has conquered them all.

My country had been the melting pot of lovers of all different cultures. Come to the the Philippines and you will see how many beautiful people are created there in these generation. You may no longer be able to distinguish who is the purest of the Filipinos. These are the future generation of the people of the world. They will be the epitome of One world One people.
