As I'm an electrician my job is very physical, it I'm bent over for a short period of time my back aches very quickly. If I continue this activity for a long period of time, I have trouble walking and my general movement is restricted. At this point I can't go to work fulltime. Will this every change? I'm stretching and strengthening but it doesn't seem to get better.

You might want to think about wearing a back brace. And keep that da***mned tool pouch off. Carry your Kliens and screw drivers in your back pocket instead. and instead of squatting and bending kneel down on your knees. Get a good pair of insulated knee pads for that especially if you are working it hot.

Some exercises you might want to try is:
lat pull downs to strengthen your upper back.
Back extensions with light weights
Full dead lift starting with light weights
Half squats using weights.
Leg raises
And: Abs! Abs! Abs & more Ab! crunches! exercises to strengthen your stomach muscles

It sounds like you could use a visit with an occupational therapist that can help you find adaptive ways to do your job. Now, you may have to think before you move. Keep doing the stretching & strengtening too. You may need to re-learn better ways to move now.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
