I heard somewhere about this film thats about a world where there is a division between "designer babies" and naturally concieved ones....dont know a lot else about it but does anyone have any idea what its called?

That sounds like the novel "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley, could you be thinking of a film version of the book? Try looking it up on IMDB and see if it sounds right!
