I could only see the curly pic. It looks great and tussled. Suits you. But I imagine with that length of hair you'd have a really nice sophisticated look when you go straight.
Just choose your irons or curling tong weapons whenever the need arises. Different looks for different occassions.
Women are so lucky and creative that way.

It really depends on what kind of image you're going for. You look great either way. If you wear your hair curly, you look more fun, outgoing, and flirtatious, but if you wear your hair strait, you look sophisticated and a lot more professional.
