terms I have severe excess dampness. I even have developed a spinal fluid disorder. I would appreciate any feedback as to how to eliminate excess fluids from my system in a natural way as this is taking its toll on me.

Your body only retains water if you are dehydrated. Drink more water!

Hi there
You know you should show yourself yo a physician. Water retention is a symptom of many diseases. One of them is Thyroid. I would suggest that you get yourself tested for the same.
Secondly, drinking water is a good habit. You should drink at least 8- 10 glasses of water.
Thirdly, have you tried alternative therapies like Yoga, meditation and Reiki?
What seems is that you are very stressed and trying to hold on to something.
Meditation and Reiki healing will definitely help you.

Definitely increase your liquid intake water is best because it flushes out the toxins without adding anything extra. Most any massage therapist can help the surface level (lymph system) by stimulating it to help get the toxins out.
I wont tell you that it is the cause but it is certainly a good place to start. (Eat foods that are antioxidants for a while to help.)

Okay. for starters...see a real doctor...not someone who sticks needles in ya for fun (not saying that accupuncture is bad but you get what I mean)

get checked out...do not take any further advice on the matter until someone educated looks at the issue.

diuretics may be a bad idea for now, NO HERBAL REMEDIES.

NOTHING!!! UNTIL YOU SEE A DOCTOR!

Try herbal diuretics such as parsley, Vitamin b complex, horstail. Be careful about using diuretics because it might mess your electrolyte sodium/potassium balance

How do you know you are retaining water? If you have not seen a physician, please do so as soon as possible.
