for periods, the best thing to do is to use those wetted wipes. They make you feel clean and elimintate odor. The pack is small enough to carry in your purse and they are sort of like baby wipes. and about the talkin about you to your face, say something back. Dont let them punk you like that. if they were doing it behind your back then thats when you ignore it cuz they arent brave enough to say it to your face

Yes, I used to have this issue also starting when I was younger. A few things that I found to help out incredibly is:
1. Although it sounds gross - sleep without underwear on. Your body down there produces yeast that smells. If you "air it out" over the night, it clears up the yeast production and smell.
2. Vaginal creams/spray: I like to use the deoderant spray. It comes in a little white can and can be found near the tampons and pad section in my grocery store and drug store. It is cheap!
3. Douche: Since you are younger, I would suggest that you wait a few years before doing this however I am suggesting it because you are getting older.
I hope this helps you out! Good Luck and don't worry, it happens to everyone!

Ignore the people and stay away from them. Then is what they saying true and something that needs improvement?
Now as far as the odors, I think if you are having odors you needs to go see a doctor, if this only occurs on your cycle are you changing regularly enough kepping yourself clean and fresh as possible.
sprays will not get rid of an odor just a minor cover up for a problem that needs attention, you need to consult a doctor because it could a problem, infection,

i'm sorry someone is disrespecting you. my advice is this: try not to let it get you down. you will survive, and one day you'll be out of school and look back and see those idiots for what they are. kids are cruel.
now weird smells......... is it your products, possibly, that smell? i ask because i had changed products a few months ago, and i noticed a strange smell myself. so after i tried getting rid of it, i realized it was the feminine products themselves. they had some sort of deodorant on them, and it was pretty stinky. try some unscented stuff. if that isn't it, there are feminine deodorants and douches out there. i don't know which are the best though. i will tell you it's probably best if you don't use a douche, because you're pretty young. but i could be wrong- times have changed since i was 14. LOL

Sounds like you're having a tough time! Your body's going through lots of changes right now, so you're probably going to sweat and smell a lot, especially during your period. Do you wear tampons? Sometimes that can help keep you cleaner down there while you're on your period. Make sure you shower everyday... and this is kind of gross, but don't be afraid to spray your pants with some perfume/spray when you're on your period

If people are saying rude things to your face and you want to ignore it, just go, "Pfft. Whatever" and turn away from them. This is the nonviolent equivalent of a slap in the face and shows a lot of contempt for their opinions.
As for your smell while on your period, the best thing to do is to wash frequently (apart from your normal showers, a little sponge bath in your genital area may not be out of order) and change out your pads a lot. They do sell deodorizing pads and tampons, but they can be irritating, and frankly the smell of them is not exactly wonderful either. Don't douche, especially while on your period (you are more susceptible to infection at this time).

Sweetheart, kids are so cruel, the only thing to do is to act like you don't care...Never let anyone in your space...What I mean by that is an arm length is good enough..(people that mean you harm) If someone puts their hands on you or tires to.... play crazyyyyyyyyyy..Just one time...they'll leave you alone after that.... good luck and remember, you won't always be a kid..........oh try taking a shower twice a day, use scented pads and wipes, change your pad often... don't use power..or perfume,it only makes the smell even worse..

1) To ignore what people are saying about you to your face-- just act like it doesn't bother you. Look them straight in the eye, turn up your nose, look down at them and turn around with a flick of your hair!!
2) Ask your doctor what he/she recommends for this. Look for them in the soap section of your local store...
GOOD LUCK!
