Remember a sentence in lieu of the formula (with generous substitution of common names where you can't find appropriate words).

Example : You should be able to make out what "Enjoy the Mozarella Cheese Squares" means.

This is also the recommended way for remembering a not very straightforward password. You can have a password like "2br02btitq" and remember it using the popular Shakespearean dialogue "To be or not to be, that is the question".

Of course, here you have advantage of recalling a phrase and converting it to a password. In case of formulas, you may need to spend some time coming up with an elegant phrase. If you need to remember the formula for the test tomorrow then just remember it by rote. If it is something you want to remember for a long time (even years) then think up a associated phrase.

For a line formula, "y=mx+b" seems simple enough. When x = 0, then y=b, so it makes sense that "b" would be the y-intercept, so m has to be the slope.

And if you can translate a word problem directly into algebra, then you won't have to remember functions for cost, revenue, or profit. Just remember "of" means multiply, "discount" means subtract, etc. Knowing the formulas for the sake of knowing the formulas won't really help you uderstand why they work, which will just make it more confusing to know which number should plug into where.

use them to solve problems.
make ppt file by them
make them jpg files
insert them in a word file
print them as pdf
hang them on your door
put them in your pocket
read them whereever possible.

think a ridiculous event by each formula.

if it not possible to learn them easily,
email them to all of your friends!!!
