What kiosk in your mall is doing the best?

I am trying to open a kiosk or a cart at the local San Diego mall. I used to sell rc toys, but the business has been slow so I had to shut it down. Now I'm looking for new product. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Actually, there are two that are always busy...one sells North Face brand jackets and clothes and the other sells the best cookies ever that they actually bake on site as you order them.
