Simply because its efficient & more cost effective.. any business that cannot maintain effeciency & cost effectivness is well DOOMED.

Has a bit to do with FINDING the Biz too.. even small business must have a web presence these days... I allways look on the net first for what ever I'm looking for.. goods or services.. I suspect many others do the same..

Hell i even do ALL my banking online.. I couldnt even tell you where the closest BoA is to me...

and well it is the 21st century after all...
