I need a link to a primary sources that is in the 1730s about New Jersey

Have you checked with your state archives, or even state library? Often bith places will have access to primary sources from centuries ago. I dont know how much of it would be digital though. In order to maintain its integrity as a primary source it would have to be a scan of the original document, not just someone's transcript of it on the computer - even if it was word for word.

I am assuming you are talking about "the period of enlightment" beginning in 1730ad.
